PEGI MATSUDA, MA, CFRE

Pegi Matsuda started a community and business consulting practice in 2018. She has more than 30 years experience leading companies and organizations during times of significant industry challenge.  She’s led change in several industries including telecommunications, natural gas, a membership association, publishing and health care. 

Since opening her own practice, she works with business and nonprofit clients to update organizational structures, provides communications advice, leads and plans board retreats and corporate meetings and helps clients create and implement all aspects of board governance. She is also an experienced fundraising professional and helps clients evaluate current fundraising programs and creates new programs.

Pegi is an engaged and active member of the greater San Fernando Valley business community. She has been recognized for her business and community leadership from the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, the United Chambers of Commerce, VICA, the Valley Economic Alliance, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, MEND, Haven Hills and was honored with the Armand Arabian Award from the Encino Chamber of Commerce.  She was also selected as Woman of the Year from the 43rd California State Assembly District and has been on the list of the "Valley Top 200" published by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, since it’s first issue in 2018. She served, or currently serves, as a board member of many organizations including the Fernando Award Foundation, VICA, the Valley Economic Alliance, ACG-101 Corridor, Woodbury University, Southern California Association for Healthcare Development, Valley Presbyterian Hospital, West Hills Hospital, Los Angeles Valley College Foundation and the Community Foundation of the Valleys.

She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.  She also holds the designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (“CFRE”) from CFRE International.  

KACIE HAWORTH, AKC

Kacie Haworth is Pegi Matsuda's most trusted advisor. She’s a utility player who does whatever she wants. “Kacie-Kace," as she's known in Studio City, entered the workforce in 2018 after several years as a stay-at-home pup.

Prior to her first birthday, Kacie attended basic obedience classes and has completed numerous hours of private education. In November 2024, she completed agility training at the age of 12.  As a new entrant to the workforce, she has extensive experience doing basically nothing. Kacie is not active on social media and does not respond to media inquiries.  To contact her, please visit the office during regular business hours.  Kacie is registered with the American Kennel Club.
